BRASILIA, Oct 2 () - Brazil's countrywide election authority on Sunday started out reporting the preliminary outcomes of america's presidential election, in which leftist former President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva pursuits to united states of america incumbent Jair Bolsonaro.
